Loch / Nyora Landcare
The Loch/Nyora Landcare group is a community based group within the South Gippsland Landcare network and was formed on 3rd of May 1996.
With a current membership of over 65 families we represent large, medium and small landholders.
We are proud to have Henrys Creek Sanctuary and the Bass River as areas of significance within our boundary.
Our group has a strong committee, meeting alternate months and holding an AGM each June.
Membership is $20 per year and members have access to a regular newsletter, equipment use and much information as well as funding for trees, fencing, pest, animal and weed control.

Recent projects include Clean Up Australia, weed control along the railway line and at Hilda Falls, direct seeding Field Day, Nyora Skate Park, Lions Club Market site at Loch, recycled newspaper project for Kernot Church as well as many landowners individual re-vegetation projects.
